1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and jbdt ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jbdt website located at https://jbdt.io, including all associated services, betting markets, casino games, payment functions, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the jbdt website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access the Service, regardless of device type, operating system, or geographic location.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jbdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.

• You have not previously been excluded from jbdt or had an account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

jbdt reserves the right to decline registration to any applicant or to close any account where eligibility criteria are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one registered account on jbdt. Multiple accounts held by the same individual (whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods) are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, jbdt will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh-registered mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jbdt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify jbdt immediately at [email protected]. jbdt may temporarily suspend your account to investigate the matter and take appropriate security measures.

4 Deposits & Payments

jbdt accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR). The following payment methods are currently supported for BDT deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Additional methods including Visa and Mastercard cards may be available subject to applicable transaction limits.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by jbdt; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, and players are advised to check these directly with their payment provider.

• All BDT deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jbdt account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• jbdt does not charge any processing fees on standard BDT deposits. Any fees levied by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• jbdt reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide such proof may result in a hold on withdrawals.
• All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. jbdt reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that triggers AML screening procedures.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission for verified accounts. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with jbdt's anti-money laundering obligations.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount enforced by jbdt, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification procedures.

• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been met in full before the withdrawal request can be processed.
• jbdt reserves the right to carry out enhanced identity and source-of-funds verification for any withdrawal request, regardless of account history.
• In cases where an account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or Terms violation, withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
• jbdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network disruptions outside its control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules that apply across all jbdt promotions are as follows:

• Bonuses must be used within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Players may not combine multiple bonus offers unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jbdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled mid-wagering, the bonus balance will be removed but any qualifying cash balance will be retained.
• Bonus funds may not be used to place bets on certain markets or game types as specified in individual promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded markets using bonus funds will not count towards wagering requirements.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jbdt are subject to the following general rules, in addition to sport-specific rules communicated on each betting market:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
• jbdt reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in odds, including odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live event data being available and accurate. jbdt is not responsible for bets affected by data feed delays.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the relevant betting slip. jbdt may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• All results are determined by the official result issued by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, BCB for BPL matches). In the event of a dispute, jbdt's ruling is final.
• Any bet placed on a market involving a suspended or postponed event will be voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

8 Casino Games

Casino games available on jbdt — including live dealer tables, video slots, crash games, and instant win products — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game providers are subject to independent RNG auditing and hold certifications from recognised international testing laboratories.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is documented in the game's information panel. jbdt does not alter RTP configurations on any game. Players acknowledge that casino games involve chance and that past results do not predict future outcomes.

Live casino games are subject to the studio's own house rules, which are displayed on-screen during the game session. Where a conflict exists between jbdt's Terms and a studio's in-game rules, jbdt's Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payment processing, and dispute resolution.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jbdt and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one registered account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip dumping, signalling, or any form of coordinated play designed to defraud jbdt or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with betting activity on jbdt.
• Laundering funds through deposits, wagers, and withdrawals in a manner designed to disguise the origin of those funds.
• Accessing jbdt using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or hide your true identity or location.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform, including denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection attempts, or other malicious technical activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jbdt staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

jbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Request by the player to close their account, including self-exclusion requests.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, jbdt reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both cash and bonus funds. Upon account closure at the player's own request or due to inactivity, any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

11 Responsible Gaming

jbdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. Every registered player has access to the following tools, free of charge, directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the jbdt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall design of the platform — is the property of jbdt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from jbdt without our prior written consent.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which jbdt operates.

jbdt's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account management is final, provided such decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Players who remain dissatisfied after the internal dispute resolution process has been completed may seek further recourse through applicable consumer protection channels.
